*** HOUSE MANUAL ***

The house is located within a residential community. Please keep that in mind and observe quiet hours. There is no gated entrance. There will be a ring doorbell and a smart lock upon arrival. Please follow check-in instructions that were either emailed or located on the platform.

* Parking: There is a limit of 4 cars for the property. Towing is heavily enforced for street parking. Please see the image below. Be aware that this is a residential area, and neighbors do call the towing company if you park on the grass.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VEHICLE THAT GETS TOWED FOR STREET PARKING.

* Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM.

* No eating or drinking in the game room or inside the pool.

* Some of the TVs might have Roku installed. You can also access apps like Netflix if you want to watch content from your account. For cable TV, choose the 'Spectrum' app on Roku. A video guide is available at this link: https://youtu.be/NrubxHkKknI?feature=shared

* The washer, dryer, vacuum and iron are located in the game room.

* The baby bath, pack and play, and extra towels are located inside the closet in the Mickey's bathroom.

* There are baby gates up and down the stairs for safety.

* Blankets are located in each bedroom closet.

* Please place all trash inside securely tied plastic bags in the trash cans outside the house. The trash will be removed on the day of your check-out. If the trash bins become too full during your stay, please contact us.

* Please remember, check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM, and check-out is anytime before 10:00 AM.
