Hello! Thank you once again for choosing us. Here is the house manual with important information about the house and the community.
*** HOUSE MANUAL ***
* To enter the community:
When entering the community, please inform security of your address and the duration of your stay. Have your ID and reservation ready, and they will issue you a pass.
* Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
* Garbage is collected daily. Please ensure that bags are properly closed; all garbage must be in bags. If not, they will not collect it. Unfortunately, at this time, recycling is not available.
* Eating or drinking is not allowed in the game room or inside the pool.
* Some of the TVs might have Roku installed. You can also access apps like Netflix if you want to watch content from your account. For cable TV, choose the 'Spectrum' app on Roku. A video guide is available at this link: https://youtu.be/NrubxHkKknI?feature=shared
* Washer, dryer and iron are located inside the closet in the game room.
* You'll find a crib and baby tub inside the master's bedroom closet.
* There are baby gates up and down the stairs for safety
* Additional towels are located in the closet in the game room.
* The first aid kit should be stored in the pantry.
* The fire extinguisher is positioned on top of the kitchen cabinet.
* The food disposal switch is located inside the sink's cabinet.
* Thermostat Limits: To prevent damage to the HVAC equipment, the thermostat limits are set at 70°F for cooling and 80°F for heating.
* The vacuum and broom are in the closet under the stairs.
* Resort Amenities Access:
To access the resort amenities, there is a one-time fee per house per reservation that should be paid directly at their office.
1-12 Guests = $35
13+ Guests = $45
You'll discover a pool, lazy river, hot tub, gym, playground, tennis court, and café/restaurant there. The clubhouse is located halfway between the house and the resort entrance. The pool is open daily until 9:00 PM. The slide and lazy river are open from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM. For safety and health reasons, guests are required to use the main entrance gate for the pool. The clubhouse will enforce capacity at the pool deck, so you may experience waiting periods if they reach maximum capacity. Side pool entrance gates have been disabled.

* Please remember that check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM, and check-out is anytime before 10:00 AM.
