Hello! Thank you again for choosing us. Here is the house manual with some important information about the house and the community.
*** HOUSE MANUAL ***
* To Get Inside the Community
When entering the community, please inform security of the address where you are staying and your expected duration. Have your ID and reservation available, and they will issue you a pass.
* Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
* Garbage is collected every day. Please ensure that bags are securely closed. All garbage must be in bags; otherwise, they will not collect it. Unfortunately, at this moment, recycling is not available.
* No eating or drinking in the game room or inside the pool.
*Important – Photo Booth Usage
-Photos taken in the photo booth are stored temporarily and must be deleted before check-out. Dream Vacation Orlando is not responsible for any images that are not removed prior to your check-in or departure.
-Photos are saved for online sharing only – no physical prints are provided.
-Customizations can be made directly through the photo booth interface.
-Parents and guardians: please check the booth for any existing photos before allowing children to use it, and review and delete any photos of children before check-out to help protect their privacy and safety.
* Some of the TVs might have Roku installed. You can also access apps like Netflix if you want to watch content from your account. For cable TV, choose the 'Spectrum' app on Roku. A video guide is available at this link: https://youtu.be/NrubxHkKknI?feature=shared
To watch cable TV, choose the "Spectrum" app on Roku.
* The iron, washer, and dryer are located upstairs in the game room.
* The crib and baby tub are inside the master's bedroom closet.
* There are baby gates up and down the stairs for safety.
* Extra towels are stored in the closet in the game room.
* The first aid kit should be located in the pantry.
* The fire extinguisher is on top of the kitchen cabinet.
* Thermostat Limits: 70 (Cool) / 80 (Heat) - to prevent damage to the HVAC equipment.
* The vacuum and broom are inside the closet under the stairs.
* The clubhouse is available for your use. There, you will find a pool, lazy river, hot tub, gym, playground, tennis court, and cafe/restaurant. The clubhouse is halfway between the house and the entrance of the resort. The pool is currently open daily until 9:00 PM. The slide and lazy river are open from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM. To access the resort amenities, there's a one-time fee per house per reservation that should be paid directly at their office:
1-12 Guests = $35
13+ Guests = $45
The address for the main clubhouse is 5200 Solterra Blvd, Davenport, FL 33837.
* Please remember: Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM, and check-out is anytime before 10:00 AM.
