* The house is located within a residential community. Please keep that in mind and observe quiet hours. There is no gated entrance. There will be a Ring Doorbell and a smart lock upon arrival. Please follow check-in instructions that were either emailed or located on the platform.

* Parking: 2 parking spaces at the driveway. Towing is heavily enforced for street parking. Please see the image below. Be aware that this is a residential area, and neighbors do call the towing company if you park on the grass.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VEHICLES TOWED FOR STREET PARKING.

* Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

* No eating or drinking inside the pool.

* Some of the TVs might have Roku installed. You can also access apps like Netflix if you want to watch content from your account. For cable TV, choose the 'Spectrum' app on Roku. A video guide is available at this link: https://youtu.be/NrubxHkKknI?feature=shared

* Iron, washer, and dryer are located between the game room (garage) and the kitchen.

* There are baby gates up and down the stairs for safety.

* Please place all trash inside securely tied plastic bags in the trash cans outside the house. The trash will be removed on the day of your check-out. If the trash bins become too full during your stay, please contact us.

* Please remember: check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM, and check-out is anytime before 10:00 AM.
