Hello, thank you again for choosing us. Here is the house manual with some important information about the house and the community.
*** HOUSE MANUAL ***
* To get inside the community:
When entering the community, please tell security the address that you are staying at and for how long. Have your ID and reservation available. They will issue you a pass, and next time, you will be able to get in through the other gate and avoid the registration line.
* Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
* Garbage is collected every day. Please make sure that bags are closed properly. All garbage must be in bags; if it is not, they will not take it. Unfortunately, at this moment, they are not recycling.
* No eating or drinking inside the pool
* Some of the TVs might have Roku installed. You can also access apps like Netflix if you want to watch content from your account. For cable TV, choose the 'Spectrum' app on Roku. A video guide is available at this link: https://youtu.be/NrubxHkKknI?feature=shared
* Iron, washer, and dryer inside the closet upstairs.
* Crib and baby tub are located inside the closet in the master's bedroom.
*There are baby gates up and down the stairs for safety
* Extra towels are in the closet on the second floor.
* First aid kit is in the pantry (next to the fridge).
* Fire extinguisher is on top of the kitchen cabinet and laundry.
* Thermostat limits: 70 Cool / 80 Heat - To prevent damage to the HVAC equipment.
* The clubhouse is available to you. You will find a pool, lazy river, hot tub, gym, playground, cafe/restaurant there. The clubhouse is halfway from the house to the entrance of the Resort. The pool is currently open daily until 9:00 PM. The slide and lazy river are open 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
* Story Lake Resort Amenity Access Codes:
Please bring your reservation and an ID.
* The address for the main clubhouse is 4715 Kings Castle Circle, Kissimmee, FL 34746.
* Please remember: check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM, and check out is anytime before 10:00 AM.
