* The house is located within a residential community, so please be mindful and observe quiet hours. There is no gated entrance. You will find a Ring Doorbell and a smart lock upon arrival. Follow the check-in instructions either emailed to you or located on the platform.

* You can park 2 cars in the driveway. Towing is strictly enforced for street parking. Keep in mind that this is a residential area, and neighbors may contact the towing company if they see vehicles parked on the grass.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VEHICLE TOWED DUE TO STREET PARKING.

* Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

* Please refrain from eating or drinking in the game room or inside the pool area.

* Some of the TVs might have Roku installed. You can also access apps like Netflix if you want to watch content from your account. For cable TV, choose the 'Spectrum' app on Roku. A video guide is available at this link: https://youtu.be/NrubxHkKknI?feature=shared

* You'll find the iron, washer, and dryer located between the game room and the kitchen.

* The crib and baby tub are located inside the closet in the master bedroom.

* There are baby gates up and down the stairs for safety.

* Additional towels are stored in the bathroom on the second floor.

* A first aid kit can be found in the pantry.

* Please place all trash inside securely tied plastic bags in the trash cans outside the house. The trash will be removed on the day of your check-out. If the trash bins become too full during your stay, please contact us.

* There is a playground near the home on Sandy Ridge Dr. It's a short walk and a great spot for the kids to enjoy. To reach it, exit the front door and head right. Turn onto Sandy Ridge Dr., and the playground is just a short walk away.

* Please remember, check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM, and check-out is anytime before 10:00 AM.
