Hello! Thank you once again for choosing us. Here is the house manual with important information about the house and the community.

HOUSE MANUAL:

* When entering the community, please inform security of the address where you are staying and your duration of stay. Ensure you have your ID and reservation available. They will issue you a pass, and on your next visit, you will be able to use the other gate to avoid the registration line.

* Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

* Daily garbage collection: Please ensure that the bags are properly closed. All garbage must be in bags; otherwise, they will not collect it. Unfortunately, they are not recycling at this time.

* No eating or drinking: Please refrain from eating or drinking in the loft room or inside the pool area.

* Some of the TVs might have Roku installed. You can also access apps like Netflix if you want to watch content from your account. For cable TV, choose the 'Spectrum' app on Roku. A video guide is available at this link: https://youtu.be/NrubxHkKknI?feature=shared

* The iron, washer, and dryer are located downstairs in the laundry room.

* Extra towels can be found in the closet on the loft area's second floor.

*There are baby gates up and down the stairs for safety

* The first aid kit is in the kitchen closet.

* The fire extinguisher is on top of the kitchen cabinet.

* Please note that thermostat limits are set to 68 degrees for cooling and 80 degrees for heating to prevent damage to the HVAC equipment.

* The vacuum cleaner and broom are inside the pantry.

*Check-in and Check-out Times: Remember, check-in is available anytime after 4:00 PM, and check-out should be completed by 10:00 AM.
