Hello! Thank you once again for choosing us. Here is the house manual containing important information about the house and the community.

HOUSE MANUAL:

* To gain access to the community
When entering the community, please inform security of your address and duration of stay. Ensure you have your ID and reservation readily available. They will issue you a pass, and for future visits, you will be able to enter through the other gate and avoid the registration line.

* Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

* Garbage collection: Garbage is collected daily. Please ensure that bags are securely closed. All garbage must be placed in bags; otherwise, they will not collect it. Unfortunately, recycling services are not available at this time.

* No eating or drinking: Please refrain from eating or drinking in the loft room or within the pool area.

* Some of the TVs might have Roku installed. You can also access apps like Netflix if you want to watch content from your account. For cable TV, choose the 'Spectrum' app on Roku. A video guide is available at this link: https://youtu.be/NrubxHkKknI?feature=shared

* The iron, vacuum, washer, and dryer are located downstairs in the laundry room.

* Extra towels can be found inside the closet in the game room (second floor).

* The first aid kit should be in the pantry.

* The fire extinguisher is situated on top of the kitchen cabinet.

*There is a baby gate up the stairs for safety

* Please note that thermostat limits are set at 70 degrees for cooling and 80 degrees for heating to prevent damage to the HVAC equipment.

* Check-in and check-out times: Remember that check-in is available anytime after 4:00 PM, and check-out should be completed by 10:00 AM.
