Hello. Thank you once again for choosing us. Here is the house manual with some important information about the house and the community.

****HOUSE MANUAL****

* To access the community:
You should have received a gate pass either in your email or through a text message. It is in the form of a QR code that will need to be scanned for entry. If you did not receive it, please send me a message right away so we can provide it to you. If you have more than one vehicle, please ensure that you have provided me with the full name and phone number of the person driving the other vehicle so that I can send them their own code.

* Free street parking - There are no designated spots. There are spots in front of the house and on the street.
Please be advised that we can only guarantee parking for 2 cars.

* Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

* Garbage is collected every day, and there is a bin by the front door. Please ensure that bags are closed properly. If they are not, they will not be collected. Unfortunately, at this moment, recycling is not available.

* No eating or drinking is allowed in the rooms or inside the pool area.

* Some of the TVs might have Roku installed. You can also access apps like Netflix if you want to watch content from your account. For cable TV, choose the 'Spectrum' app on Roku. A video guide is available at this link: https://youtu.be/NrubxHkKknI?feature=shared

* The iron, washer, and dryer are located on the second floor.

* The baby tub is inside the closet in the master bedroom.

*There are baby gates up and down the stairs for safety

* Extra towels are available in the hallway closet upstairs.

* The first aid kit should be located in the kitchen closet.

* The fire extinguisher is on top of the kitchen cabinet.

* Extra blankets, sheets, and pillows can be found inside each bedroom closet and in the hallway closet.

* The vacuum cleaner and broom are inside the kitchen closet.

* The clubhouse is available to you and is open from 9 am to 9 pm.

* The address for the main clubhouse is 1520 Oasis Club, Champions Gate Blvd, Championsgate, FL 33896.

* Please remember that check-in is anytime after 4:00 pm, and check-out is anytime before 10:00 am.
