Hello! Thank you once again for choosing us. Here is the house manual with some important information about the house and the community.
*** HOUSE MANUAL ***
* To get inside the community
When entering the community, please inform security of the address you are staying at and the duration of your stay. Please have your ID and reservation readily available. They will issue you a pass, and the next time, you will be able to enter through the other gate and bypass the registration line.
* Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
* Garbage is collected daily. Please ensure that bags are securely closed. All garbage must be placed in bags; if it is not, they will not collect it. Unfortunately, at this moment, they are not recycling.
* No eating or drinking in the game room or inside the pool area.
* Some of the TVs might have Roku installed. You can also access apps like Netflix if you want to watch content from your account. For cable TV, choose the 'Spectrum' app on Roku. A video guide is available at this link: https://youtu.be/NrubxHkKknI?feature=shared
The iron, vacuum, broom, washer, and dryer are located downstairs at the end of the first hallway.
* The crib and baby tub are inside the closet in the master bedroom.
*There are baby gates up and down the stairs for safety
* Extra towels are in the closet in the TV room upstairs.
* The first aid kit should be located in the closet in the kitchen.
* The fire extinguisher is on top of the kitchen cabinet.
* Thermostat limits: 70 for cooling and 80 for heating to prevent damage to the HVAC equipment.
* The clubhouse is available to you. There, you will find a pool, lazy river, hot tub, gym, playground, tennis court, cafe/restaurant. The clubhouse is halfway between the house and the entrance of the resort. The pool is currently open daily until 9:00 PM, and the slide and lazy river are open from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM. To access the resort amenities, there is a one-time fee per house per reservation that should be paid directly at their office:
1-12 Guests: $35
13+ Guests: $45

* Please remember: Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM, and check-out is anytime before 10:00 AM.
