Hello! Thank you once again for choosing us. Here is the house manual with some important information about the house and the community.
*** HOUSE MANUAL ***
* To gain access to the community: When you enter the community, Inform the guard your address and duration of stay. If you check in after 8:00 pm, they will issue your pass. If it's before 8:00 pm, you'll need to visit the clubhouse to obtain it.
Clubhouse address: 300 Solana Circle.
* There is a limit of four cars per property - two in the driveway and two on the street.
* Quiet hours: 10PM - 8AM.
* No eating or drinking is allowed in the game room or inside the pool.
* The TVs are equipped with Roku. Simply click on "feature free" and then select "streaming channels." You can also use apps like Netflix if you wish to access your account. The PIN is 8081. You can watch this video as a guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iQsXOn6mg3M&feature=youtu.be.
*There are baby gates up and down the stairs for safety
* The iron, washer, and dryer are located in the game room.
* The baby tub can be found inside the closet in the master bedroom's bathroom.
* Extra towels are stored in the master bedroom's closet.
The first aid kit should be in the pantry.
* Please place all trash inside securely tied plastic bags in the trash cans outside the house. The trash will be removed on the day of your check-out. If the trash bins become too full during your stay, please contact us.
* The clubhouse is at your disposal and offers a pool, spa, game room, gym, mini golf, and beach volleyball. The clubhouse is located at the end of the street if you turn left when leaving the house. Address: 300 Solana Circle.
* Please remember: Check-in is available anytime after 4:00 pm, and check-out is required by 10:00 am.
