Hello. Thank you once again for choosing us. Here is the house manual with some important information about the house and the community.

*** HOUSE MANUAL ***

* To access the community:
You should have received a gate pass either in your email or through a text message. It is in the form of a QR code that will need to be scanned for entry. If you did not receive it, please send me a message right away so we can provide it to you. If you have more than one vehicle, please ensure that you have provided me with the full name and phone number of the person driving the other vehicle so that I can send them their own code.

* IMPORTANT: This is a brand-new house located on a new street; some GPS may not have the location registered yet. We strongly advise entering the house address directly into your GPS. As you drive on Whistling Straits Blvd, the GPS may prompt you to turn right onto Pebble Beach Dr (please disregard this instruction). Continue straight and make a right at the next street -> Drop Shot Dr. Follow this road until the end, and take a right after the STOP sign.

* Free parking: One parking space in the driveway. Additional parking on the street.

* Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

* Garbage is collected every day, and there is a bin by the front door. Please ensure that bags are closed properly. If they are not, they will not be collected. Unfortunately, at this moment, recycling is not available.

* Some of the TVs might have Roku installed. You can also access apps like Netflix if you want to watch content from your account. For cable TV, choose the 'Spectrum' app on Roku. A video guide is available at this link: https://youtu.be/NrubxHkKknI?feature=shared

* No eating or drinking is allowed in the game room or inside the pool.

* The iron, washer, dryer and vacuum are located on the first floor, next to the kitchen.

* The crib and baby tub are inside the closet in the master bedroom.

* There are baby gates up and down the stairs for safety.

* Extra towels are available in the closet upstairs.

* The first aid kit should be located in the pantry.

* The fire extinguisher is on top of the kitchen cabinet.

* Extra blankets, sheets, and pillows can be found inside each bedroom closet and in towels closet.

* The clubhouse is available to you and is open from 9 am to 9 pm.

* The address for the main clubhouse is 1520 Oasis Club, Champions Gate Blvd, Championsgate, FL 33896.

* Please remember that check-in is anytime after 4:00 pm, and check-out is anytime before 10:00 am.
