Hello! Thank you again for choosing us. Here is the house manual with some important information about the house and the community.

*** HOUSE MANUAL ***

* To get inside the community:
When entering the community, please inform security of the address you are staying at and the duration of your stay. Have your ID and reservation ready. They will issue you a pass, and next time, you will be able to enter through the other gate and bypass the registration line.

* Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

* Garbage is collected every day. Please ensure that bags are closed properly. All garbage must be in bags; if it is not, they will not collect it. Unfortunately, at this moment, they are not recycling.

* No eating or drinking in the TV room or inside the pool.

* Some of the TVs might have Roku installed. You can also access apps like Netflix if you want to watch content from your account. For cable TV, choose the 'Spectrum' app on Roku. A video guide is available at this link: https://youtu.be/NrubxHkKknI?feature=shared

* The iron, washer, and dryer are located upstairs in the TV room.

* The crib and baby tub are inside the closet in the master bedroom.

* There are baby gates up and down the stairs for safety.

* Extra towels are in the closet in the TV room.

* The first aid kit should be in the kitchen closet.

* The fire extinguisher is on top of the kitchen cabinet.

* Thermostat limits: 70 for cool and 80 for heat - to prevent damage to the HVAC equipment.

* The high chair, vacuum and broom are inside the closet under the stairs.

* Please remember that check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM, and check-out is anytime before 10:00 AM.
