* To get inside the community
When entering the community, please tell security the address at which you are staying and for how long. Have your ID and reservation available. They will issue you a pass, and the next time, you will be able to get in through the other gate and avoid the registration line.

* Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

* Garbage is collected every day. Please make sure that bags are closed properly. All garbage must be in bags; if it is not, they will not take it. Unfortunately, at this moment, they are not recycling.

* No eating or drinking in the loft room or inside the pool.

* Some of the TVs might have Roku installed. You can also access apps like Netflix if you want to watch content from your account. For cable TV, choose the 'Spectrum' app on Roku. A video guide is available at this link: https://youtu.be/NrubxHkKknI?feature=shared

* The iron, washer, and dryer are located on the first floor.

* The crib and baby tub should be located inside the closet in the master bedroom.

*There are baby gates up and down the stairs for safety

* Extra towels are in the closet in the game room.

* The first aid kit is located inside the pantry.

* The fire extinguisher is on top of the kitchen cabinet.

* Thermostat Limits - 70 Cool / 80 Heat - to prevent damage to the HVAC equipment.

* Please remember: Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM, and check-out is anytime before 10:00 AM.
