Hello! Thank you again for choosing us. Here is the house manual with some important information about the house and the community.
*** HOUSE MANUAL ***
* When entering the community, please inform security of the address where you are staying and the duration of your stay. Have your ID and reservation available. They will issue you a pass, and next time, you will be able to enter through the other gate and avoid the registration line.
* Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
* Garbage is collected every day. Please make sure that bags are properly closed. All garbage must be in bags; if it is not, they will not collect it. Unfortunately, at this moment, they are not recycling.
* No eating or drinking is allowed in the game room or inside the pool.
* Some of the TVs might have Roku installed. You can also access apps like Netflix if you want to watch content from your account. For cable TV, choose the 'Spectrum' app on Roku. A video guide is available at this link: https://youtu.be/NrubxHkKknI?feature=shared
* The iron, washer, and dryer are located upstairs in the game room.
* The crib and baby tub are located inside the closet in the master bedroom.
* There are baby gates up and down the stairs for safety.
* Extra towels are in the closet in the game room.
* The first aid kit should be in the pantry.
* Fire extinguisher is on top of the kitchen cabinet.
* The vacuum cleaner and broom are inside the closet under the stairs.
* Thermostat limits are set to 70 degrees for cooling and 80 degrees for heating to prevent damage to the HVAC equipment.
* Resort Amenities
To access the resort amenities, there's a one-time fee per house per reservation that should be paid directly at their office:
1-12 Guests = $35
13+ Guests = $45
Amenities include a pool, lazy river, hot tub, gym, playground, tennis court, and cafe/restaurant. The clubhouse is halfway between the house and the entrance of the resort. The pool is currently open daily until 9:00 PM. The slide and lazy river are open from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM. For safety and health reasons, guests will need to use the main entrance gate for the pool. The clubhouse will enforce capacity at the pool deck, so you may experience waiting periods if they reach maximum capacity. Side pool entrance gates have been disabled.

* Please remember that check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM, and check-out is anytime before 10:00 AM.
