Hello! Thank you again for choosing us. Here is the house manual with some important information about the house and the community.

*** HOUSE MANUAL ***

* To Enter the Community:
When entering the community, please inform security of the address where you are staying and the duration of your stay. Ensure you have your ID and reservation ready. They will issue you a pass, and next time, you will be able to enter through the other gate and avoid the registration line.

* Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

* Garbage Collection:
Garbage is collected every day. Please make sure that bags are closed properly. All garbage must be in bags; if it is not, they will not collect it. Unfortunately, at this moment, they are not recycling.

* No eating or drinking is allowed in the game room or inside the pool.

* Some of the TVs might have Roku installed. You can also access apps like Netflix if you want to watch content from your account. For cable TV, choose the 'Spectrum' app on Roku. A video guide is available at this link: https://youtu.be/NrubxHkKknI?feature=shared

* The washer, dryer and iron are located upstairs in the game room.

*There are baby gates up and down the stairs for safety

* The crib and baby tub are located inside the closet in the master bedroom.

* Additional towels are in the closet in the game room.

* The first aid kit is in the pantry (next to the fridge).

* The fire extinguisher is on top of the kitchen cabinet.

* Thermostat Limits:
The thermostat limits are set at 70°F for cooling and 80°F for heating to prevent damage to the HVAC equipment.

* The vacuum and broom are stored inside the closet under the stairs.

* Please remember that check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM, and check-out is anytime before 10:00 AM.
