Hello! Thank you again for choosing us. Here is the house manual with some important information about the house and the community.

*** HOUSE MANUAL ***

* To get inside the community:
When entering the community, please tell security the address where you are staying and how long. Have your ID and reservation available. They will issue you a pass, and next time, you will be able to get in through the other gate and avoid the registration line.

* Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.

* Garbage is collected every day. Please make sure that the bags are closed properly. All garbage must be in bags; if it is not, they will not take it. Unfortunately, at this moment, they are not recycling.

* No eating or drinking in the game room or inside the pool.

* Some of the TVs might have Roku installed. You can also access apps like Netflix if you want to watch content from your account. For cable TV, choose the 'Spectrum' app on Roku. A video guide is available at this link: https://youtu.be/NrubxHkKknI?feature=shared

* Iron, washer, and dryer are upstairs inside the closet in the game room.

*There are baby gates up and down the stairs for safety.

* Extra towels are inside the closet in the game room.

* The first aid kit should be in the pantry.

* The fire extinguisher is on top of the kitchen cabinet.

* Thermostat limits: 70 Cool / 80 Heat - To prevent damage to the HVAC equipment.

* Vacuum cleaner and broom are inside the closet when entering the house to your left.
