HOUSE MANUAL

The house is located within a residential community. Please keep that in mind and observe quiet hours. There is no gated entrance. You will find a Ring Doorbell and a smart lock upon arrival. Please follow the check-in instructions that were either emailed to you or are located on the platform.

You can park 2 cars in the driveway. Towing is strictly enforced for street parking. Be aware that this is a residential area, and neighbors may contact the towing company if a vehicle is parked on the grass.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VEHICLE THAT GETS TOWED DUE TO STREET PARKING

* Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

* You can use the same code to open the main door, the Avatar's bedrooms and the main house.

* To access the Mickey room, you will have to go through the Star Wars room and the bathroom.

* Please do not eat or drink inside the pool area and game room.

* Some of the TVs might have Roku installed. You can also access apps like Netflix if you want to watch content from your account. For cable TV, choose the 'Spectrum' app on Roku. A video guide is available at this link: https://youtu.be/NrubxHkKknI?feature=shared

* Iron, vacuum and iron board are located in the laundry.

* The crib and baby tub are inside the closet in the master bedroom (Harry Potter).

* Please place all trash inside securely tied plastic bags in the trash cans outside the house. The trash will be removed on the day of your check-out. If the trash bins become too full during your stay, please contact us.

* Thermostat limits are set to 70°F for cooling and 80°F for heating to prevent damage to the HVAC equipment.

* Check-in and check-out: Please remember that check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM, and check-out is anytime before 10:00 AM.
