Hello, and thank you once again for choosing us. Here is the house manual with some important information about the house and the community.
*** HOUSE MANUAL ***
* Getting inside the community
When entering the community, please inform security of the address where you are staying and the duration of your stay. Have your ID and reservation ready. You will be issued a pass so that you can enter through the other gate and avoid the registration line.
* Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
* Garbage is collected every day
Please ensure that the garbage is properly bagged and tied up; otherwise, it will not be collected. Unfortunately, at this moment, the resort does not offer recycling services.
* No eating or drinking in the game room or inside the pool.
* Some of the TVs might have Roku installed. You can also access apps like Netflix if you want to watch content from your account. For cable TV, choose the 'Spectrum' app on Roku. A video guide is available at this link: https://youtu.be/NrubxHkKknI?feature=shared
* Iron, washer, and dryer are located upstairs inside the closet in the game room.
*There are baby gates up and down the stairs for safety.
* Extra towels can be found in the closet in the game room.
* The first aid kit is located in the pantry.
* The fire extinguisher is on top of the kitchen cabinet.
* Please note that, to prevent any damage to the HVAC unit, there is a temperature limit for the thermostat: 70 cool/80 heat.
* The high chair, vacuum and broom are inside the closet under the stairs (first door to the left).
* Accessing resort amenities
To access the resort amenities, there's a one-time fee per house per reservation that should be paid directly at their office:
1-12 guests = $35
13+ guests = $45
You will find a pool, lazy river, hot tub, gym, playground, tennis court, and cafe/restaurant there. The clubhouse is located halfway between the house and the entrance of the resort. The pool is currently open daily until 9:00 PM. The slide and lazy river are open from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM. For safety and health reasons, guests will need to use the main entrance gate for the pool. The clubhouse will enforce capacity at the pool deck, so you may expect waiting periods if they reach maximum capacity. Side pool entrance gates have been disabled.

Please remember that check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM, and check-out is anytime before 10:00 AM.
