Hello! Thank you again for choosing us. Here is the house manual with some important information about the house and the community.
*** HOUSE MANUAL ***
• To get inside the community:
When entering the community, please tell security the address where you are staying and how long. Have your ID and reservation available. They will issue you a pass, and next time, you will be able to get in through the other gate and avoid the registration line.
• Quiet hours 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
• Garbage is collected every day. Please make sure that the bags are closed properly. All garbage must be in bags; if it is not, they will not take it. Unfortunately, at this moment, they are not recycling.
• No eating or drinking in the game room or inside the pool.
• Some of the TVs might have Roku installed. You can also access apps like Netflix if you want to watch content from your account. For cable TV, choose the 'Spectrum' app on Roku. A video guide is available at this link: https://youtu.be/NrubxHkKknI?feature=shared
• Iron, washer, and dryer are on the first floor, next to the kitchen.
• The crib and baby tub should be located inside the Star Wars' closet.
• There are baby gates up and down the stairs for safety.
• Extra towels are inside the closet on the second floor.
• The first aid kit is in the pantry in the kitchen.
• The fire extinguisher is on top of the kitchen cabinet.
• Thermostat limits - 70 Cool / 80 Heat - To prevent damage to the HVAC equipment.
• Vacuum is located inside the closet next to the game room.
• Clubhouse is available to you. You will find there a pool, lazy river, hot tub, gym, playground, cafe/restaurant. The clubhouse is halfway from the house and the entrance of the Resort. The pool is currently open daily until 9:00 PM. The slide and lazy river are open from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

• The address for the main clubhouse is 4763 Kings Castle Circle, Kissimmee, FL 34746
• Please remember: check-in is anytime after 4:00 pm, and check-out is anytime before 10:00 am.
