*** HOUSE MANUAL ***

* To get inside the community:
When arriving, kindly use the code 78674 to get inside the Resort.

* Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

* Garbage is collected every day. Please ensure that bags are closed properly. All garbage must be in bags; if not, they will not take it. Unfortunately, at this moment, they are not recycling.

* No eating or drinking in the game room or inside the pool.

* Some of the TVs might have Roku installed. You can also access apps like Netflix if you want to watch content from your account. For cable TV, choose the 'Spectrum' app on Roku. A video guide is available at this link: https://youtu.be/NrubxHkKknI?feature=shared

* Iron, washer, and dryer are downstairs.

* The crib and baby tub are located in the master's closet.

* Extra towels are in the closet on the second floor.

*There are baby gates up and down the stairs for safety

* The first aid kit should be in the pantry.

* The fire extinguisher is on top of the kitchen cabinet.

* Thermostat limits: 70 Cool / 80 Heat - To prevent damage to the HVAC equipment.

Please remember: Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM, and check-out is anytime before 10:00 AM.
