Hello! Thank you once again for choosing us. Here is the house manual with some important information about the house and the community.
*** HOUSE MANUAL ***
* When entering the community, please inform security of your address and length of stay. Have your ID and reservation ready. They will issue you a pass, and in the future, you will be able to enter through the alternate gate and avoid the registration line.
* Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
* Garbage is collected daily. Please ensure that bags are properly sealed. All garbage must be placed in bags; if it is not, they will not collect it. Unfortunately, they are not currently recycling.
* Eating or drinking is not permitted in the game room or inside the pool.
* Some of the TVs might have Roku installed. You can also access apps like Netflix if you want to watch content from your account. For cable TV, choose the 'Spectrum' app on Roku. A video guide is available at this link: https://youtu.be/NrubxHkKknI?feature=shared
* These appliances are located downstairs in the laundry room.
* The crib and baby tub can be found inside the closet in the master bedroom.
* Extra towels are stored in the closet in the loft area.
*There are baby gates up and down the stairs for safety
* The first aid kit should be located in the pantry.
* The fire extinguisher is on top of the kitchen cabinet.
* Thermostat limits are set at 70°F for cooling and 80°F for heating to prevent damage to the HVAC equipment.
* You can find the vacuum and broom inside the laundry room.
* Clubhouse Access:
You have access to the clubhouse, which includes a pool, lazy river, hot tub, gym, playground, tennis court, and cafe/restaurant. The clubhouse is located halfway between the house and the entrance of the resort. The pool is open daily until 9:00 PM, while the slide and lazy river are open from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM. To access the resort amenities, there's a one-time fee per house per reservation, which should be paid directly at their office:
1-12 Guests: $35
13+ Guests: $45
* The address for the main clubhouse is 5200 Solterra Blvd, Davenport, FL 33837.
* Please remember that check-in is available anytime after 4:00 PM, and check-out should be completed by 10:00 AM.
