* To get inside the community:
To get inside the community, please use the code #7777 on the keypad.

* Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

* Please place all trash inside securely tied plastic bags in the trash cans outside the house. The trash will be removed on the day of your check-out. If the trash bins become too full during your stay, please contact us.

* No eating or drinking in the game room or in the pool area.

* Some of the TVs might have Roku installed. You can also access apps like Netflix if you want to watch content from your account. For cable TV, choose the 'Spectrum' app on Roku. A video guide is available at this link: https://youtu.be/NrubxHkKknI?feature=shared

* Iron, washer, and dryer are located next to washroom and living room/

* Crib and baby tub are inside the closet in the master bedroom.

* There are baby gates up and down the stairs for safety.

* Extra towels are in the closet upstairs.

* First aid kit is in the pantry.

* Fire extinguisher is on top of the kitchen cabinet.

* Thermostat limits: 70 Cool / 80 Heat - To prevent damage to the HVAC equipment.

* SPA: The switch to turn on the spa is located in the living room, near the sliding door. Make sure the red light is off, which means the spa will turn on. If the light is on, the spa is off. Wait 1-2 minutes to start the bubbles.

* Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM, and check out is anytime before 10:00 AM.
