POOL HEATING

Optional pool heating is $49.90 per night and must be booked for the entire stay, with a minimum charge of 2 nights. Please request it in advance. Heating typically takes 10 to 14 hours, with a maximum pool temperature of 90°F. Heating time and water temperature may vary with weather conditions.

BBQ GRILL

The propane grill is complimentary. Guests are responsible for providing propane, but any propane remaining in the tank upon arrival may be used. Guests are responsible for safe operation and any damage caused during use.

PARKING

Free street parking is available on a first come, first served basis, with a limit of 3 vehicles per house.

GUEST COUNT

The base rate covers 2 guests per bedroom, totaling 10 guests. Up to 2 additional guests are allowed at $15 per person, per night. Please include all guests in your reservation.

STARTER SUPPLIES

We provide a starter supply of:
• Laundry detergent for 3 loads.
• Dish soap and dishwasher detergent.
• Salt, pepper, sugar, and coffee.
• 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom.
• 1 roll of paper towels.
• 3 garbage bags.
• Shampoo and shower gel in each bathroom.

These are starter quantities. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed.
