* The house is located within a residential community. Please keep that in mind and observe quiet hours. There is no gated entrance. Upon arrival, you will find a Ring Doorbell and a smart lock. Follow the check-in instructions, either emailed to you or located on the platform.

* There is a limit of 4 cars for the property - 2 in the driveway and 2 in the garage. Towing is heavily enforced for street parking. Be aware that this is a residential area, and neighbors may call the towing company if a vehicle is parked on the grass.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VEHICLE TOWED FOR STREET PARKING

* Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM.

* No eating or drinking is allowed inside the pool.

* Some of the TVs might have Roku installed. You can also access apps like Netflix if you want to watch content from your account. For cable TV, choose the 'Spectrum' app on Roku. A video guide is available at this link: https://youtu.be/NrubxHkKknI?feature=shared

* The iron, vacuum, washer, and dryer are located inside the closet in the kitchen.

* To open the pool doors, remove the bar so that the door can slide.

* The crib and baby tub should be located in the master's closet.

* Baby gates are installed up and down the stairs for safety.

* A first aid kit is in the pantry.

* Please place all trash inside securely tied plastic bags in the trash cans outside the house. The trash will be removed on the day of your check-out. If the trash bins become too full during your stay, please contact us.

* Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM, and check-out is anytime before 10:00 AM.
