Hello! Thank you once again for choosing us. Here is the house manual with some important information about the house and the community.
*** HOUSE MANUAL ***
* To gain entry to the community:
When entering the community, please inform security of your stay's address and duration. Ensure you have your ID and reservation readily available. They will issue you a pass, allowing you to access the community through the alternative gate on subsequent visits, thus avoiding the registration line.
* Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
* Garbage is collected daily. Please ensure that bags are securely closed. All garbage must be in bags; otherwise, it will not be collected. Regrettably, recycling is not available at this time.
* No eating or drinking is allowed in the game room or inside the pool.
* Some of the TVs might have Roku installed. You can also access apps like Netflix if you want to watch content from your account. For cable TV, choose the 'Spectrum' app on Roku. A video guide is available at this link: https://youtu.be/NrubxHkKknI?feature=shared
* The iron, washer, and dryer are located upstairs in the game room.
* The crib and baby tub are located in the master bedroom closet.
* There are baby gates up and down the stairs for safety.
* Extra towels are stored in the closet in the game room.
* The first aid kit should be in the pantry.
* The fire extinguisher is located on top of the kitchen cabinet.
* Thermostat limits: 70 for cooling, 80 for heating, to prevent damage to the HVAC equipment.
* The vacuum and broom are in the closet under the stairs.
* Accessing Resort Amenities:
There is a one-time fee per house per reservation that should be paid directly at their office:
1-12 Guests: $35
13+ Guests: $45
Amenities at the resort include a pool, lazy river, hot tub, gym, playground, tennis court, and cafe/restaurant. The clubhouse is located halfway between the house and the resort's entrance. The pool is currently open daily until 9:00 PM, with the slide and lazy river open from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM. For safety and health reasons, guests must use the main entrance gate for pool access. The clubhouse will enforce capacity limits on the pool deck, so you may experience waiting periods if they reach maximum capacity. The side pool entrance gates have been disabled.
