Hello. Thank you again for choosing us. Here is the house manual with some important information about the house and the community.
*** HOUSE MANUAL ***
* To get inside the community
You should have received a gate pass either in your email or through a text message. It is in the form of a QR code that will need to be scanned for entry. If you did not receive it, send me a message right away so we can get that to you. If you have more than one vehicle, please make sure that you have given me the full name and phone number of the person driving the other vehicle so that I can send them their own code.
* Parking: One inside the garage and one in the driveway.
Be advised, we can only guarantee parking for 2 cars.
* Quiet hours: 10:00 PM- 8:00 AM
* Garbage is collected every day, and there is a bin by the front door. Please make sure that bags are closed properly. If they aren't, they will not take it. Unfortunately, at this moment, they are not recycling.
* No eating or drinking at the game room or inside the pool.
* Some of the TVs might have Roku installed. You can also access apps like Netflix if you want to watch content from your account. For cable TV, choose the 'Spectrum' app on Roku. A video guide is available at this link: https://youtu.be/NrubxHkKknI?feature=shared
* Iron, washer, and dryer are located on the first floor next to the kitchen.
* There are baby gates up and down the stairs for safety.
*The baby tub is inside the closet at the master bedroom's bathroom.
* Extra towels are inside the closet on the second floor.
* The first aid kit is in the pantry.
* The fire extinguisher is on top of the kitchen cabinet.
* Extra blankets, sheets, and pillows are inside each closet in the bedrooms.
* The clubhouse is available to you and is open from 9 am-9 pm. You will find there a pool, lazy river, hot tub, gym, playground, tennis court, cafe/restaurant.
* The address for the main clubhouse is 1520 Oasis Club, Champions Gate Blvd, Champions Gate, FL 33896.
* Please remember: check-in is anytime after 4:00 pm, and check-out is anytime before 10:00 am.
