HOUSE MANUAL

* Entering the Community:
When you arrive in the community, please inform security of your address and the duration of your stay. Ensure you have your ID and reservation ready. They will provide you with a pass, and on your next visit, you'll be able to enter through the other gate, bypassing the registration line.

* Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

* Garbage Collection:
Garbage is collected daily. Please make sure it's properly bagged; otherwise, it won't be collected. Unfortunately, the resort currently does not offer recycling services.

* No Eating or Drinking: Eating or drinking is not permitted in the game room or inside the pool area.

* Some of the TVs might have Roku installed. You can also access apps like Netflix if you want to watch content from your account. For cable TV, choose the 'Spectrum' app on Roku. A video guide is available at this link: https://youtu.be/NrubxHkKknI?feature=shared

Appliance Locations:

* The iron, washer, and dryer are located upstairs in the laundry room.
* There are baby gates up and down the stairs for safety.
* Extra towels are stored in the closet in the game room.
* The first aid kit is in the pantry (next to the fridge).
* The fire extinguisher is on top of the kitchen cabinet.
* The vacuum cleaner and broom are inside the closet under the stairs.

* Please note that to prevent any damage to the HVAC unit, there is a temperature limit for the thermostat: 70 for cooling and 80 for heating.
