*** HOUSE MANUAL ***

* To Enter the Community
When entering the community, please inform security of your address and length of stay. Ensure you have your ID and reservation available. They will issue you a pass, and on subsequent visits, you can use the other gate to avoid the registration line.

* Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.

* Garbage Collection:
Garbage is collected daily. Please ensure that bags are properly closed. All garbage must be in bags; otherwise, it will not be collected. Unfortunately, recycling is not available at this time.

* No eating or drinking in the game room or inside the pool.

* Some of the TVs might have Roku installed. You can also access apps like Netflix if you want to watch content from your account. For cable TV, choose the 'Spectrum' app on Roku. A video guide is available at this link: https://youtu.be/NrubxHkKknI?feature=shared

* The iron, washer, and dryer are located upstairs in the game room.

* You can find the crib and baby tub inside the closet in the master bedroom.

* There are baby gates up and down the stairs for safety.

* Additional towels are stored in the closet in the game room.

* The first aid kit should be in the pantry.

* The fire extinguisher is on top of the kitchen cabinet.

* Thermostat limits: 70 (Cool) / 80 (Heat) to prevent damage to the HVAC equipment.

* The vacuum and broom can be found inside the closet under the stairs.
