Hello! Thank you again for choosing us. Here is the house manual with some important information about the house and the community.
*** HOUSE MANUAL ***
* To Gain Entry into the Community:
When entering the community, please inform security of the address where you are staying and the duration of your stay. Make sure to have your ID and reservation readily available. They will issue you a pass, and in the future, you'll be able to enter through the alternate gate and avoid the registration line.
* Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
* Garbage is collected daily. Please ensure that bags are securely closed. All garbage must be placed in bags; otherwise, it will not be collected. Unfortunately, at this time, recycling is not available.
* No eating or drinking is allowed in the game room or inside the pool area.
* Some of the TVs might have Roku installed. You can also access apps like Netflix if you want to watch content from your account. For cable TV, choose the 'Spectrum' app on Roku. A video guide is available at this link: https://youtu.be/NrubxHkKknI?feature=shared
* House Amenities:
- The iron, washer, and dryer are located upstairs.
- The crib and baby tub are located inside the master's closet.
- There are baby gates up and down the stairs for safety.
- The first aid kit and vacuum should be inside the pantry.
- The fire extinguisher is on top of the kitchen cabinet.
* Thermostat Settings:
Thermostat limits should be set at 70°F for cooling and 80°F for heating to prevent damage to the HVAC equipment.
* Clubhouse Access:
You have access to the clubhouse, which includes a pool, lazy river, hot tub, gym, playground, tennis court, and cafe/restaurant. The clubhouse is situated halfway between the house and the entrance of the resort. The pool is currently open daily until 9:00 PM, and the slide and lazy river are open from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
To access the resort amenities, there is a one-time fee per house per reservation that should be paid directly at their office:
1-12 Guests: $35
13+ Guests: $45
The address for the main clubhouse is 5200 Solterra Blvd, Davenport, FL 33837.
* Check-In and Check-Out:
Please remember that check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM, and check-out is anytime before 10:00 AM.
