*** HOUSE MANUAL ***
* To Enter the Community:
When entering the community, please inform security of the address where you are staying and your expected duration. Ensure you have your ID and reservation readily available.
* Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
* Trash: Please ensure that trash bags are properly sealed. All garbage must be placed in bags; otherwise, it will not be collected. Unfortunately, recycling services are not available at this time.
* Eating or drinking is not allowed in the game room or inside the pool area.
* Some of the TVs might have Roku installed. You can also access apps like Netflix if you want to watch content from your account. For cable TV, choose the 'Spectrum' app on Roku. A video guide is available at this link: https://youtu.be/NrubxHkKknI?feature=shared
* The baby tub is inside the closet in the master bedroom's bathroom.
*There are baby gates up and down the stairs for safety
* Extra towels can be found in the closet located in the loft upstairs.
* The first aid kit is in the kitchen's closet.
* The fire extinguisher inside the kitchen's cabinet.
* Thermostat limits are 70 for cooling and 80 for heating to prevent damage to the HVAC equipment.
* The clubhouse is available to you and offers amenities such as a pool, hot tub, gym, playground, tennis court, and a cafe/restaurant. Clubhouse Hours: 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM.
Please remember that check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM, and check-out is anytime before 10:00 AM.
