Hello! Thank you once again for choosing us. Here is the house manual with some important information about the house and the community.
*** HOUSE MANUAL ***
* To enter the community:
1. Before entering the resort for the first time, you need to register your car's license plate to gain access. Head to the address 1575 Carey Palm Cir, Kissimmee, FL located across the street. Please ensure you have all the information for the reservation and your government-issued ID ready to avoid delays.
2. Once registered, your vehicle plates will be recorded by the camera, so you won't need a pass for parking. Now, you can enter the resort directly by approaching the gate with your car. The address for the house is 9154 Seascape Cove.
* Free street parking.
* Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
* Garbage is collected daily, and there is a bin by the front door. Please ensure that bags are properly closed; otherwise, they will not be collected. Unfortunately, at this time, recycling is not available.
* No eating or drinking inside the pool and game room.
* Some of the TVs might have Roku installed. You can also access apps like Netflix if you want to watch content from your account. For cable TV, choose the 'Spectrum' app on Roku. A video guide is available at this link: https://youtu.be/NrubxHkKknI?feature=shared
* The iron, washer, and dryer are located upstairs in the game room.
* Crib, baby tub and towels can be found inside the closet in the master bedroom.
*There are baby gates up and down the stairs for safety
* The first aid kit is in the pantry.
* The fire extinguisher is on top of the kitchen cabinet.
* Vacuum and mop are located inside the AC room on the entrance corridor.
* Clubhouse:
The clubhouse is available to you and is open from 9 am to 9 pm. Within Solara, you'll find a beautiful 18-acre complex with a restaurant, cafeteria, bar, sundries shop, gym, and a green area for outdoor exercises. Additionally, you can enjoy the incredible FlowRider®, a surf simulator loved by both adults and children. Sessions should be scheduled 24 hours in advance (a fee of $30 per person per hour is required for the FlowRider©). You can also relax in the climate-controlled pool or the splash pad designed especially for the little ones. For sports enthusiasts, Solara Resort has a fitness center, a soccer field, a basketball court, and a beach volleyball court.
